I'm an Ethiopian-born writer residing in Los Angeles, CA. I received a BA in English from UCLA, and an MFA in Creative Writing from Antioch University Los Angeles. My poems have appeared or forthcoming in: The Los Angeles Review, Artillery Magazine, Two Hawks Quarterly, The View From Here (UK), MiPOesias, Volt, and other publications.
